Sophisticated Vue de Monde

Melbourne based architectural firm Elenberg Fraser, completed Shannon Bennett’s flagship restaurant Vue de Monde in 2011.
The concept was based on Melbourne's landscape and waterways including The Yarra River, the reeds, the billabong, Australian animals and insects.

The restaurant started off in Carlton and then in 2005 moved to the CBD. Since its recent relocation to Melbourne's iconic Rialto tower on the 55th floor,the restaurant exceeds great expectations and finally brings a "view" to the View De Monde experience.
